Floyd Door Greeter

Shop mascot. If you visit our shop, you may see Floyd. He enjoys getting attention (even though he already gets a ton) and loves making friends and meeting new people. Might throw a toy your way. Lucky him, gets peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and all the cookies when he’s clocked-in .

Scott James Pacheco Owner

Scott James Pacheco started making furniture at the age of 15, with a passion for craft and continuing the woodworking traditions passed down from his father, Robert. Scott started working at Stephen Plaud, Inc. at the beginning of his career. Scott’s father was Plaud’s first hire.  Scott is proud to have worked through the Diman co-op professional development program in these early years beside his dad. Most days you will find Scott working on the shop floor and in the office meeting with clients and our extensive network of vendors and long-standing collaborators. Scott is very passionate about the work he creates with the team, always putting quality and craft first. Scott values relationships above all else with clients and vendors alike, striving to make every interaction meaningful and memorable.
